10/3/2020:

1) I see there are steps installed from patio to backyard. There is dirt also added. But, the way dirt is added, from the steps, it is very very steep and dangerous. It is tough to walk from steps till end of backyard without slipping. I think the slope is worse now and safety hazard. I know there will be some slope but was hoping it will not be dangerous. Can you please take a look at it on priority basis ?

In addition, few more concerns

2) We opted for fan in the 4th bed room on top floor (facing Reprise Bend). I think there is a light. Can you please add a fan there (Picture attached) ?

3) Below the Island in the kitchen, there is a gap between surface and base. Can you please confirm it will be fixed ?

4) Between living room and patio, one window glass seems broken. I hope it will be fixed (Photo attached)

5) There is cracked wood on stairs from living room to upstairs (Photo attached)

6) There is a gap on top of closet in 4th bed room (Photo attached)

7) Patio roof from inside is not clean (Photo attached)

8) There is a gap next to Door bell. I believe the opening for electric connection is not closed completely. Can it be fixed ? (Picture attached)

9) There is a gap between wall and window in the 2nd bed room (Picture attached)

10)There is lot of dirt on the big AC (there are 2 of them). Can you please confirm it will be cleaned ?

10/16/2020:

11) We opted for medicine cabinet in Master bath but I don't see it.

12) We opted for level 3 carpet. It was very fluffy in the design center. The one in the house does not look so thick. Can you please check whether we got the correct carpet ?

13) The electric switches (Toggle switch) seems to be working reverse. Typically, when the switch is up, the light should be ON and when it is down, it should be OFF. But, it is reverse in the house. Very confusing. Can it be fixed ?

14) On the drive way, there is a crack on the path (Picture attached)

15) On the walk way in front, there is a crack (Picture attached)

16) One of the lamps in front is mis-aligned (Picture attached)

17) One of the shelfs in kitchen pantry has stains. Can it be cleaned ? (Picture attached)

18) Similar to 17), on one door, there are stains. I assume it will be cleaned (Picture attached)

19) One shelf (middle row, 2nd from top), it comes out only half way. Can you please check ? (attached)

20) On the corner of stairs, there is paint missing 2 places and gives the feeling it is not 1 long part (Attached)

21) In mudd room, there is gap near floor in one place (Picture attached)

22) In the garage, in the corner, there is small tank (probably water connections). Will that section be closed (even partially) ? Looks like the model will not have it covered.

10/18/2020:

23) On one of the steps in stairs, there is a wooden piece missing (picture attached). Can it be fixed ? I am just wondering whether it is the same step for which I complained of a broken wooden strip earlier (as there is gap in 2 directions, picture attached again). If it is, can you please confirm whether it was fixed ?

10/21/2020:

24) The wooden plank on entrance: can we get it painted so that it does not get damaged due to rain and rust (picture attached)

25) The rain water gutter: I see that it is pointing to the direction of drive way. Can it be adjusted towards Reprise Bend, so that water flows into mud ? (Picture attached)

26) The game area: I see 2 speaker slots on top. I see 4 closed plastic enclousures. I assume 3 of them are for surround sound. Is it correct ? I believe the TV is supposed to be that side (the side with windows) as I see cable there. But power connection seems to be a bit far. Can you please check it ?

27) For light on entrance and motion sensor, there seems to be single switch. Shouldn't there be 2 different switches for them ? Ideally, residents would keep their front light off but sensor on during night. Right ?

28) One of kitchen cabinet opens wrong side. Can it be fixed ?

10/24/2020:

29) In dining area, near the light on top, there is a hole (Picture attached)

30) Near entrance, between stones, there is a hole (Picture attached). Can it be sealed ? I believe they are there in few more spots. My daughter is very sensitive to holes. Hence this request.

32) The food disposer in the kitchen is not working

33) In the bed room closets in the top floor, in the top corners, there is still some paint missing (Picture attached)

34) For some wooden cabinets, some places, there are white lines (the wood layer off or extra paint present). Can it be fixed ? (Picture attached)

35) The Island has a medium size black spot on one side (towards cooking stove, Picture attached). Can it be cleaned ?

36) Paint seems to be not complete in some corners/edges (Pictures attached)

37) Outside the master bed, there is a while box kind of thing. The paint towards its bottom does not look smooth. Can you please take a look ? (Picture attached)

38) There is a paint stain in the master bed room (near bath room door). There is wet dirt that dried on hard wood in multiple places. Can you please confirm they will be cleaned and taken care ?

39) There is paint stains on carpet in 2 places in upstairs

40) Our garage is painted white. As per design specification, it should be 'Drift of Mist' (some variation of cream color). Can it be corrected ?

41) There is an electric transformer in front of the house. It seems to be pretty big compared to other houses. May I know why only in front of our ? Is it safe considering our 2nd/4th bedroom & garage are around 10-15 feet from it ?

42) It looks like the patio is cleaned dirt. There are several places where cement seems to have been chipped off (Picture attached) and some stains.

43) The garage seems to be cleaned for dirt. There are few cracks and oil marks in the garage. Can you please fix them and make it look like new ?

44) In the drive way, one half looks old with black marks. Can you please ensure it looks like the other half ?

45) The railing gate towards 1536 Reprise Bend has lot of dirt and marks. Can it be cleaned ?

46) There is a white circular component on front-yard towards 1536. Can it be lowered ? 

47) Jose: We were discussing about enclosure for the gas volve in kitchen cabinet. The attached picture is from model house (same model as ours and most of the options are like ours).

48) On top of Garage door, there is some gap (visible in night time). Can it be sealed so no gaps ?

49) The motion sensor/flood light in the front does not seem to work. Can it be fixed ?

11/25/2020

50) There is lot of dust on top of kitchen cabinets and kitchen corner wall (pictures attached). Can we get it cleaned ? It is visible from 2nd floor. Any top of the doors that can be cleaned, will be helpful.

51) On some bottom corners of the railings, there is some glue/varnish remaining, Can it be wiped a bit (pictures attached)

52) Can you please check whether the security options (IQ2) are installed correctly (like wiring for 3 cameras, window break-in, door break-in) ? I am not sure there are sensors on windows.

53) On the back of the house, the motion sensor seemed to be on all the time. Shouldn't it be on only when there is some movement around it ?

54) The motion sensor on the back of the house, I believe as per the plan, it was supposed to be on the other side (behind the breakfast area). Can you please check ?

55) There are gaps at the bottom of main door and backside door
